My girlfriend & I have recently split up (March) after 2 years together. We originally were on a break but 5 weeks later she has dumped me for good.I bought her a pair of platinum & diamond for her birthday in April, with a message stating that I loved her & this was a token of my love for her as well as a birthday present.I do not want or expect the earrings back as they were a gift, but I do not know many women who would keep them if they did not want the sender/buyer in their lives.Most women I have spoken to have said if they didn’t want to be with someone, they would send them back. She hasn’t done so, so I suppose I live in hope that she still loves me and may want me back in future.

You really dont have to keep telling me what I already know believe me Andrew I do know and I do remember too, but just cant speak and write about it ok x Please take care of yourself and stop brooding around. Go and see your friends and have a good crack and a dram (thats what you jocks call it isnt it). You are right life is too short but it has to be right for everybody doesnt it, otherwise there is just unhappiness.
