I’m probably going to get them all matching necklaces and maybe earrings to wear for the wedding, that are a classic style (complimentary to my own jewelry that I will wear that day) and they can enjoy them far into the future. I think that’s a pretty common idea though. You can check some wedding sites like or or for ideas, that’s probably what I will do as well.

We gave ours autographed Bibles, and they just loved them.

I gave my bridesmade a very nice necklace with a great pendant that they wore the day of the wedding. It looked really good and they loved it.

I found really cool handheld travel jewelry cases that looked like little purses. My bridesmaids went crazy over them! Such a practical gift.

I just got married in June & Bridesmaid gifts were tough for me to pick out as well. I ended up giving them the necklace & earring set they wore for the wedding, as well as a glass perfume bottle with an atomizer. Each perfume bottle was different (shape, color, etc.) to match their personalities. Here is an example:

I think a spa gift certificate/restaurant gift certificate could be a good idea to break the mould of jewelry.

My girls are all wearing short black dresses so I’m getting them pink cardigans with their first initial embroidered on the front, or I’m going to get them track suits to wear to get ready in.
The last wedding I was in the bride gave us flip flops that matched our dresses so we get out of our heels at the reception! It was great!

I am getting something a little bit different for my MOH and my fiance’s sister who’s a bridesmaid.

MOH - silver hair combs

Other three bridemaids - pearl necklaces from overstock.com (I bought them in bulk and they ended up being about $37/ea.)

Then I bought each of them notecards from Target each with their initials. I also went to a makeup outlet and bought them each the same eyeshadow compact and lipgloss tube from Lancome. I am going to find little totes to put them in and hand them out at the rehearsal dinner. The pearls are to wear during the wedding. But, my MOH and future SIL both already have pearls!
