Even though you keep it up and everything I think that swimming or showering with jewelry on starts to make them look dull instead of shiny and sparkly like they should. I suggest taking it off while in water, bed I think is fine but water is a no no

sure you can…I wouldn’t see why not. I never take off my wedding rings, and they are fine. My earrings have screw on backs so I rarely take them off either. Mine have suffered no damage.

No if its really diamond or gold then nothing will happen to it. If they are fake then they something might happen to it.

When you taking shower or swimming, i suggest you taking off your jewelry pieces, as water can make the gold pieces dull, somethings turning black due to oxidization then you need to have it cleaned or something like that. water can’t do big harm to the diamond, but it also cause it dull, not so shiny and sparkling.

I would suggest not to wear it while taking a shower.
