Go with one’s that don’t look like your trying too hard. but since your sporty, go with mediem and/or small one’s.

Actually I think 1/2 CT is the perfect size for everyday wear.

That seems perfect. It all depends if you can pull it off. 1/2 CT pretty much fits everyone, 1 CT only some can pull off and not look like they are over doing it.
