You can try this: An old tooth brush and some dish soap.
Comes out sparkling!

Just use toothpaste and a tooth brush. Make sure you scrub the back part wear the diamond’s point is exposed. Then rinse them off in very hot water and let them air dry. This actaully works with most gem stones assuming they’re dirty from everyday wear.
