You might check on the price of a professional cleaning and ask to have the prongs examined. Especially if you wear these earrings all the time, it’s pretty easy to snag the prongs…
i clean my jewelry at home with equal parts of ammonia, and water and a squirt of dish soap… let them soak a few and then brush with an old tooth brush…. the local jeweler reccommended this and I like the way they turn out allot. Hope this helps. Good luck
