I purchased a pair of .50 carat total weight diamond studs on ebay, knowing that I was taking a chance…
They had been described as no visible inclusions to the naked eye (the sellers). However, I can see some carbon spots when examining them closely under good light. My question- Can SI2 have tiny visible carbon spots when examined closely without a loupe? I don’t see any feathering or clouds, etc, otherwise.
