Well if i was you i would take real diamond earing out ever night! I had a pair my father gave to me and i sleep with earings as long as their not hoops your earing could get stuck in the pillow or blankets and come off in the middle of night and you loose the back to it or even both the front and the back

earrings so long as they are not bothering your ears (most people are allergic to the nickel in cheaper costume jewerly) are fine to wear all the time. If they aren’t bothering you, you don’t need to bother with them. After all, when you first got your ears pierced, you had to leave the studs in forever without taking them out right?

I never take mine out. I’ve had no problems. They are the only nice thing my ex ever bought me I don’t want to lose them.

Well, if they are expensive, they should be of better quality then most earrings. You should take them out every night, but that’s so that any bacteria that may have gotten in the holes or on the posts will die. Clean them, and your ears, everynight before bed.

If your ears feel OK and the studs don’t interfere with your sleeping, leave them in.

Yeah I’ve never heard about taking them out to “let your ears breathe”.
And if they’re all that expensive, you shouldn’t be worrying about the post being weakened anyway? If you paid a lot it should quality and what not.

u dont need ur ears to ‘breathe’ everynight when i first had my ears pierced i didnt like to take them out so i had them in for like over a year and no hard done here
